Refund Policy

At Canine Communication and Training Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training services and a positive experience for both dogs and their owners. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking any session or programme.

Booking & Payments

All training sessions, classes, and programmes must be paid for in advance to secure your place. Bookings are confirmed only after full or agreed payment has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within the notice period may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Late cancellations or missed sessions may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

A programme is cancelled by Canine Communication and Training Academy.

A medical or exceptional circumstance prevents attendance (evidence may be required).

Refunds are not typically provided for:

Change of mind after a session or programme has started.

Missed sessions without sufficient notice.

Behavioural progress taking longer than expected, as results vary for each dog.

Package Sessions

For multi-session packages, unused sessions may be:

Rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe, or

Partially refunded at our discretion, excluding any sessions already completed.
